Camp Cunningham offers a break from life’s stressors, technologies, and overstimulation. Kids today are craving outdoor experiences and deserve to be exposed to fun and safe camp settings. Camp Cunningham is excited to take youth programs to the next level in 2023 by offering multi-day summer camps to not-for-profit organizations at no cost. Camp C will provide educational curriculum, top-notch outdoor activities, and is dedicated to properly training staff to help facilitate the best camp experience possible for these kids.

investing in our youth
The vision for Lake Cunningham was built around creating a positive outdoor experience by providing activities and programs that fulfill the needs of the area and create lasting memories for individuals and families. When the park opened in 2021, Lake C was fully invested in providing outdoor educational youth programs with no cost associated. It has been fulfilling watching kids first-hand participate in new outdoor activities and reconnect with nature.
Kids have learned archery, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing, disc golf, fire building, and campfire cooking. Programming has a special place in our hearts at the C and we look forward to continuing to make lasting memories and offering fun outdoor adventures for youth and families all across Omaha.
