We are thrilled to partner with Neighborhood Offshore again in 2025 to offer a wide range of water recreational services, events, and rentals at Lake Cunningham!
- HOURS OF OPERATION: Thursday – Friday, 2pm - 8pm
- Saturday & Sunday 10am - 6:45pm
- LOCATION: Entrance #1 (8965 State Street) Blue Garage Building

Stand-up Paddle Board Services
- Availability: Thursday-Sunday
- Rentals: $35 for 120 minutes
- Essentials of SUP 101: $55 for 90 minutes (includes equipment)
- Limited Series Dates: July 6th, July 13th, and August 3rd at 9:00am
- SUP Yoga: $55 for 90 minutes (includes equipment)
- Limited Series Dates: June 1st, July 6th, Aug 3rd, and Sept 7th at 3:15pm
Kayak Services
- Availability: Thursday-Sunday
- Rentals: $35 for 120 minutes
- Essentials of Kayaking 101: $35 for 90 minutes (includes equipment)
Sailing Services
- Group Sail Availability – Select Friday’s – $65 per participant
- 90-minute group sail with captain charter service, equipment, small bites, and craft non-alcoholic refreshments (Ages 19+)
- Limited Series Dates: June 27th, July 11th, July 18th, and Aug 8th at 7:00pm
- Private Sail Groups & Lessons by reservation 7/days a week
Bike Services
- Availability: Thursday-Sunday
- Cruiser Rental: $25 for 120 minutes
Longboard Services
- Availability: Thursday-Sunday
- Loaners: Free during normal operating hours
- Bring your own helmet
- First come, first serve

Offered 2x/month. Includes equipment, safety orientation, instruction, and dinner. RSVP required for headcount. Demos’ are organized and hosted by Outpost and are offered for FREE to the community.
